Sit is based on the idea of street furniture with a soft texture and rounded forms; comfortable but unidentifiable with any historic period. Its sculptural design, resembling a rock with a rotund geometry, helps Sit to integrate naturally into any setting. The main feature focuses on its ergonomic design, making this product a comfortable urban seat.
SIT AIR in its bench and cube formats, with and without a back, is based on the idea of soft-textured site furnishings with rounded lines and visually attractive, that naturally blends into any environment. The collection has three combinable elements. A rock-bench in two sizes to which a rock-back can be added. The plastic version is highlighted for its lightness and the possibility of incorporating a LED lighting kit into all three components. It is a revamp by the author of the Sit bench collection made in concrete. Apart from its enormously attractive appearance which invites users to sit and rest, its most important feature is its ergonomic design that converts the elements into comfortable urban seats for public and private areas. Made with rotational-moulded white, translucent low polyethylene resins (LDPE). The back module is fixed to a plate that is previously attached to the base with two M12 x 260 mm screws. All three components have a threaded inspection chamber cover permitting access to the interior. It can be installed on the paving and anchored, if required, using two optional stainless steel trim systems: fixed and invisible, or exposed and detachable. Its rounded ends permit the installation of continuity modules, with no specific requirements in terms of precision. Manufactured by Escofet 1886 S.A.

According to the author, Sol street furniture chair was the result of the suggestion made by Enric Pericas, Escofet’s Urban Elements Director to Diego Fortunato when designing a swivel chair for use in urban areas.
Its great ergonomics and special rotating characteristic make it possible to place the chair in the position desired by the user, adding a higher grade of accessibility as compared to other fixed urban chairs. The Sol chair design is resolved with two pieces which, thanks to the lightweight nature of UHPC Slim concrete, allow for stackable, efficient storage, economical transport and great ease in placing it on the site.
A swivel chair with an organic appearance made up of two UHPC Slim concrete pieces: One rotating seat part and cylindrical support anchored to the ground. The assembly system is formed by a shaft and a nylon bearing that require no maintenance and enable the seat to be rotated. Anchored to the foundation by a central foot and a single bolt recessed or fastened to the slab with a plate and four screws, with both systems concealed beneath the paving. Sol is appropriate for inclined surfaces and always remains in a vertical position, without any alteration in its comfortable ergonomics.

Net was designed as a complement to the Sit bench, with the objective of creating rounded site furnishings that are cannot be associated with any historical period.
It has a dual function and can be used as both a bin and an ashtray. The Net litter bin has a telescopic system concealed inside it with a ring for attaching the waste bag that is easy to handle and requires no maintenance. If the Net is used as an ashtray, it must be filled with sand to a height that allows a cigarette to be extinguished and the ash to fall into the bin.
